I have poured concrete footer on top of the edge of spec retaining wall- 16 in wide 7 in thick - max height of retaining wall is 4 ft. also have wiring risers at 8 in. in from outside edge and 12 in from corner on centers of 8 ft. The ell shaped footer approx. 24' x 8' x 16" wide x7" thick level border with inner concrete patio sloping and drain pipe going thru footer near corner of ell at footer. need double sided wall on top so what is possible with allen block for privacy ?
