Some of our producers do in fact carry a warranty, but few producers feel the need to do so. We had three levels of Europa Allan Block walls installed in 2000. Much to our dismay, the blocks are now crumbling. This started this year and seems to be on all of the levels. Can you provide us with some direction on what to do?
